One fine day in Ireland, Saint BRidget complained to Saint PAtrick about the inequality of genders. Woman are not being able to propose to the men that they love. INitially, Saint PAtrick agreed for women to have a special day once every 7 yrs, to propose to the men they like. Saint PAtrick parred it down to 4. THus, once every 4 years, on the 29th of February, Women are allowed to propose to the men that they like. The men muz accept or be ready to pay a fine..^^ So for al marriage minded girls out there.. grab the chance of the leap year and propose to your loved ones.!!
